Product Description

As a heavy-duty detergent, Dosoclean is a clear and yellow solution that eliminates fats on surfaces because it contains foaming materials. It is also a disinfectant due to its 10% Benzalkonium content.

This product can be used for disinfecting surfaces, containers, and ponds in farms of animals, birds, and aquatic organisms. It has no corrosive effect on metals. Dosoclean contains 10% Benzalkonium chloride as a disinfectant that eliminates fats and organic matter residues. It also contains no chlorine and remains active when added to hard water.

This product can reduce water consumption and save time because it is both a detergent and a disinfectant simultaneously.

You can remove up to 75% of the organic matter, proteins, and bacteria left from the previous breeding period by disinfecting the surfaces using appropriate detergents.

Therefore, when this product is applied to surfaces already cleaned with Dosoclean, it immediately begins to fight pollutants and microbes left from the previous breeding period.

The use of Dosoclean at a concentration of 1-3% as directed can quickly eliminate gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria as well as fungi (according to the EN 1276 standard). This product maintains its properties if diluted with hard water or water containing calcareous salts. Dosoclean can guarantee the maximum effectiveness of disinfectants used during the breeding period.

Usage Method

Time: Before the introduction of livestock and poultry:

Goal 1: To wash and disinfect equipment

dilute 4 to 8 liters of Dosoclean with 200 liters of water (it will work better if diluted with warm water). Then immerse the equipment in the resulting solution, brush the equipment, and finally rinse them after 15 minutes.

Goal 2: To disinfect the floor and walls of the breeding salon up to one meter, silos, etc.,

dilute 8 to 16 liters of Dosoclean with 400 liters of water, spray the resulting solution on surfaces, and then wash the surfaces after 15 minutes. It is recommended to wash and rinse off the surfaces under pressure (using carwash machines). Then disinfect the surfaces using broad-spectrum and stable disinfectants, such as Desogerm 2A and Agrigerm.

Time: During the breeding period:

Goal 1: To disinfect freight and feed trucks

dilute Dosoclean with water at a ratio of 8 to 100 and use the resulting solution to wash the tires and body of the trucks before they enter the breeding area.
